How many bedrooms there are and how many people the cottage sleeps?
The Upper Suite has two full size beds; The Lower Suite has Full size and King
size beds. Each Suite has the capability to sleep 6 using the sofa bed pullouts
and Convertible Sofa Bed. The sleeper easily pulls out into a bed big enough
for two when you need some
place for your guest to sleep. |

How far are you from the water?
The cabin is a short walk or drive from the entrance to the Nolin Lake State
Park. The walk from the cabin to the park entrance is less than 5 minutes.
At the park you will find a free boat launch ramp and swimming area. The swimming
beach is open seasonally Memorial Day through mid-August. |

Does the state beach have a playground?
Yes a playground is located at the Nolin Lake state park close to the picnic
pavilion tables and grills.

How far are the State Park wooded area?
The 333 acre Nolin Lake state park woods is right at the edge of the cabin property. |

How far is it to a restaurant?
Brier Creek Restaurant is approximately 2.5 miles from the cabin, at the junction
of Hwy 728 and Brier Creek Road. Within approximately 10 miles there are additional
restaurateurs: Bee Springs Restaurant, Lincoln Restaurant, Mammoth Cave Restaurant. |

How do I get to the cottage from the Western Kentucky Parkway?
Exit Leitchfield Kentucky exit. Take highway #259 south out of town 6 miles tothe
stop sign, turn right staying on #259, go 11 miles to Highway #728, turn left.
Go 7 miles to Highway #1827, turn left. Go 2.7 miles and look for our sign
on the right. The sign is in front of the cabins. |

How do I get to the cottage from the I-65?
Take I-65 to the Upton exit #76. Take the service road west 1/2 mile to highway
31W South. Turn left and go 5 miles until you reach highway #728, turn right
and go 22.5 miles (go straight, do not turn) then turn right at #1827 at the
Nolin State Park sign.. Go 2.7 miles and look for our sign on the right. The
sign is in front of the cabins. |
